The Monterey Bay Water Works Association is a small regional association of water industry professionals who plan training workshops and events in the Monterey Bay area for the water works industry. The Association strives to advance the fundamental and practical knowledge concerning the design, construction, operation, collection, development, treatment, and management of water works and the use of water in the California Central Coast through the interchange with members of the Association and others of information and experience in the water works industry. We hold three to four events per year and an Annual BBQ and Vendor Show around the Monterey Bay Area. We also offer opportunities to earn contact hours for certification and many networking opportunities.
The association council consists of a president, treasurer, secretary, immediate past president, and other directors who help out in any way they can. The planning meetings are held on an as needed basis and are open to new members at all times. We welcome you to get involved in planning local water works industry educational opportunities in the Monterey Bay Area. Please contact any of the current council members (under contact us) for more information about how to be involved.
