Showcase your latest products, technology, and innovations to key decision-makers across the region! Our annual vendor show brings together over 150 industry professionals, including municipal operators, utility district managers, consulting engineers, and specialized contractors.

– Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026
– Location: Castroville Community Center, 11261 Crane Street, Castroville, CA

Schedule of Events

– 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Vendor Check-in & Set-Up
– 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Vendor Show
– 6:15 PM: BBQ Dinner
– 7:00 PM: Raffle Drawing

Registration & Pricing

– Booth Fee: $300 (Includes one 6-foot table and two BBQ dinner tickets)
– Power Needs: Electricity is available upon request during registration.
– Large Displays & Equipment: The front parking lot is reserved for vendors with equipment, trailers, or outdoor display needs. Please indicate if you require outdoor space when registering.

Proceeds support the vendor show and fund MBWWA training events and educational programs throughout the year.

Raffle Donations:
We welcome and appreciate donated raffle prizes! All donors will be recognized during the drawing.

Booth Space Reserve
The cost for display space is $300 for a 6-foot table (electricity is available by request). Two meal tickets for the BBQ dinner are included! The money we collect goes towards paying for the show and provides funds for the upcoming year’s MBWWA training events and educational speakers.
